Spun the motorcycle around and pulled into the Holy Ghost for a few snaps and to stretch my back. No one was there. It had a lot of character. "Aunt Anne" had a personalized parking spot, there were two church vans in the grass and a travel trailer out back. Color photo of the pastor and his spouse out front. Nicest church sign I've seen in years. Very welcoming don't you think?

The town is called Howey in the Hills. No kidding. See it on a map NW of Orlando on RT 19.

I can imagine finding a place like this near Shamokin. I usually don't stop but would for a big colorful sign like that.

They are serious about their religious experience down there.

Steve. Yes, no photographer can resist a sign like that. Its like the made up the sign to attract old white guys with trophy cameras.
Mary: Good point. The South has been serious about Jesus for a long time. Ive seen a baptism of an adult by dunking them in a pool when no river was handy.
