Wow! You worked hard today!
M. Correct. I'm not wasting time while on vacation. Although I try to move slowly, I don't sleep in. I'm noticing (I think) a clear and positive head requires some nurturing. Moving through the day with one foot on solid ground takes a little thought at least now when it's not yet intuitive. Paul
